  1. Ray just saw me reading the Closet and got very excited about "the girl sleeping." Now she keeps asking to see your page header, and I am currently being bombarded with requests to "see the pink sleeping girl. She's so pretty."

I'm just glad she can't read yet ;)

  5. I was gonna say, "and look, now you want to shoot that poor kitten", but I noticed the kitten is gone.

    Perfect timing.

I loved that little story. Sometimes I think about how easy it is to cuddle and play with super cute kids. Whereas the ones who don't bathe and are snotty with smelly clothes are hard to take.

I wonder how much of how we treat them, based on their looks, shapes the adults they turn into.

  10. Saddest. Thing. Ever. Okay, in a long time. I knew I shouldn't have read it. I guess that's how I ended up with 7 cats, having to take in all the 'Ugly's' of the world since I couldn't live with myself if I knew that happened. Good thing I'm a sucker and work in a veterinary clinic and get them all fixed up for free!!

Don't tell the non-commenters, but I secretly hate them.

(kidding, kidding, I don't hate all of them. The shy ones are okay. The lazy ones suck though.)
