Caramel Turkeys

Mr. Ashley's co-worker brought him a bunch of stuff from Peru and I just tried a caramel....which tasted EXACTLY like turkey. Any Peruvians around to weigh in on why on earth your caramels taste like turkey?

It makes me scared to try the rest of the candy.

I will though.

    Reminds me of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory...that gum that tasted like a full meal. Still...eww; the world can do without turkey flavored candy.

    Maybe it was on purpose...on X-mas there are going to be at home saying "La Americana se comio el pavo, pensando que era un dulce" CUA-CUA-CAU, that's Spanish laughter! hahaha

    Yucko. Don't know about that, but an old boyfriend went to Peru, and he brought me back some chocolate that was TO DIE FOR, so not all Peruvian candy tastes like poultry...
