Name Time

While I'm busy improperly supervising someone else's kid, let's name my brother's baby!

My favorites are Wyatt Alan or Griffin Garrett. I also like Parker Vance and Ace Alexander.

Here are some others I've been kicking around:
Ethan
Everett
Alexander
Caleb

I know he liked Gavin and she likes Mason, and both of those are fine. Ashley has been suggested several times, being the uni-sex wonder that it is, but no dice. I also love, love, love Truett with the nickname Tru, but with his last name it becomes a kick-ass, movie title-like phrase, which isn't what they're going for.

Now give me your suggestions, he needs them and naming babies is fun!

  1. I always liked Jagger it's Hebrew for one with a message.

  2. Whenever I meet a "Mason", I desperately want his middle name to be "Jar". *snicker*

  3. My favorite boy name (other than my son's) is Rylan. A little different, but not odd and definitely not common. I could see how it would be confused with Ryan, but I think it is really cool!

  4. I love the name Raeford, and call him Rafe for short.

But those names sound good too. I also love the name Gabe, but it might be a little feminine.

  5. Ok well obviously I am gonna go for Wyatt! I luv it not just because it is my kid's name but because it is a little different as in not very common (yet) but it isn't weird.

My nephew's name is Mason and my BF's son's name is mason-actual one is Mason and Conner (nephews) and the other is Mason and Carter (bf's kids) yea I have a hard time calling the right name.

I like Jack, Nathan, Emerson, Brock

  10. Pascal ("Paz")
    Declan ("Dex")

Those were on the short list for youngest son--I loved both of them more than what we ended up naming him but Hubby was concerned they were too "quirky". (And I have been really happy with the name we chose!)

  12. I suggest taking Ethan off the list. Unless they really want there kid to go by his first name and last initial in school. It's a wonderful name, but it's so freakin' popular right now it's ridiculous.

  13. I vote Ethan. Edwin was going to be an Ethan, but the BHE vetoed.

    Simon
    Cooper
    Fisher
    Tyler

  16. My friends just named their kid Angus Smoke (there's about 50 last names tacked onto it, but I can't remember those). It's growing on me. I hope the kid is huge like his father, though.

  17. How come no one names their child Walter any more? Let's ponder this together.....

Don't tell the non-commenters, but I secretly hate them.

(kidding, kidding, I don't hate all of them. The shy ones are okay. The lazy ones suck though.)
