Saw Slumdog--fant...You guys are awesome as usual. <br /><br />Saw Slumdog--fantastic movie. Beautifully shot, amazing actors, best movie I've seen in a while. <br /><br />Saw The Wrestler--I agree that it was surprisingly good. Very well directed, I loved some of the details. <br /><br />Mad Men--one of the best shows on TV. <br /><br />I saw every episode of 6 Feet Under and still mourn the loss of that awesome show. I also loved Dead Like Me, it was cute and clever.<br /><br />Born into Brothels was excellent. <br /><br />Marley and Me was good if you're a masochist. I couldn't get into Gran Torino. <br /><br />We just saw Knowing with Nicholas Cage and it was suspenseful and interesting. <br /><br />Step Brothers and Pineapple Express are the two funniest movies I've seen all year. I love ridiculously funny stuff like that.<br /><br />Benjamin Button was a work of art! I didn't want to like it, but it was beautiful. <br /><br />There are some really good suggestions here that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Scary and funny and basically wonderful in all ways imaginable, and they're both adorable.<br /><br />11:14 is pretty good, I liked it a lot.<br /><br />If I have BK pegged right, I think he's a LOT like me when I was little, Oliver! was always a favorite. Still is. Funny Girl, too, but that's more of a girl story.<br /><br />Lets see... other childhood favorites of mine.. Once Upon a Forest, Ferngully, the Zorro series with Guy Williams (my first love, him and Jack Wild).<br /><br />Pan's Labyrinth is also excellent, if you don't mind the subtitles.
