I made the mistake of telling little kid that we would go to Dunkin Donuts as soon as Big Kid woke up.
He spent the next half an hour stomping around the house shouting, and sneaking into the bedroom to peer into Big Kid's sleeping face and hiss, "Bubby? Bubby? Want donuts?" until Big Kid woke up.
Poor Big Kid, can't even sleep in on Spring Break. I guess I'm now obliged to take them to get doughnuts.
Hahahaha...my youngest calls it DONUT WOOOOOOOOOORLD!!!! And if he weren't the latest sleeper would do exactly the same as little kid he loves it so. (I prefer their hazelnut coffee...mmmm....)
The older Pakistani man working the drive thru calls everyone "honey." Old Asian woman? "Honey." White chick with van full of kids? "Honey." Young black man? "Honey." It cracks me up every time.
Last weekend we told Baby Girl we would take her to the fair as soon as Bud woke up from his nap. Guess how much longer he got to nap? Sometimes it is a shame that beating them is so wrong.
MMMMM Donuts that would go perfect with my coffee
I always do the Homer Simpson stangle on them, only till thier tounges hang out like Bart...
Pretty smart kid! I guess you'll have to stipulate next time that you'll take them when Big Kid wakes up on his own.
Oh yeah, NEVER tell any of the kids that you will do such and such when the others wake up.
That never ends well :)
Of course, if you were already awake then why should BK get to sleep? And heck, I'd get up if there were donuts involved.
