I have a t-shirt that I got years (and years) ago off of the American Eagle clearance rack. It is green and has a yellow lemon slice on the front and says "Squeeze me".
Totally fruity, especially for my present age and status. It is super comfortable though and fits well, so I do wear it around the house or if we're running to the park, or somewhere I won't be seen.
So, on Mother's Day Big Kid presents me with an envelope full of sweet stuff he made for me at school. One of the items was a picture he had drawn of him and I. He's wearing his sketchers and I'm wearing flip flops, he's wearing his favorite blue shirt and I'm wearing...the Squeeze Me shirt.
He wrote "Squeez Me" across my chest.
He was so proud of himself.
His teacher must think I am a total freak.
Big Kid is all about outing you. It would do you well to remember this now and later. Especially later. Like when CPS is more likely to take him seriously.
That said -- Sounds like a great shirt!
that is too damn funny!
I guess your shirt makes more of an impression than you thought. Personally, I think it says loads about you as a mother and how your son feels about you. And it's all good.
That is great!!!
This is the best blog ever. EVER.
My favorite shirt that my mom always wore when I was growing up said, "XRay Technicians Know All The Best Positions."
Not sure if I ever drew pictures of her wearing it though...
AHAHAHA! Your kids are too cute!
OMG! Hilarious! I know my little one will be doing this sort of stuff to me when he's in school!
That's hilarious! BK is such a observant little boy.
Hilarious! My son recently wrote that I "make the best fettucini." However, the only time I "make" fettucini is when I make him microwaved lean cuisine fettucini when I'm too lazy to cook. Kids are hilarious.
