Two Questions

If one suspects that one's child may have ingested some food coloring, should one call poison control?

How would one go about getting blue food coloring stain off of one's child's mouth and hands before said child's doctor's appointment tomorrow?

it's coloring for food, so i think poison control wouldn't be necessary. getting it off is tough. i think i got it off my hands with baby oil.

Try using baby wipes. I have done that and it comes off.... That is so funny... Just tell the Dr that he has a cold...LOL

LMAO!! but not at you but hopefully with you because one knows as soon as she makes fun of another her child will also find some untouchable and paint the walls with markers or lipstick or even find where mommy keeps the food coloring hidden and eat it!! Maybe the dr won't think your that bad of a mommy:) At least you thought enough to take a pic.

when the girls painted their coloring book (and my couches) with food coloring, the orange scented automotive hand cleaner did the trick..... and shout worked on the couches

Should make for an interesting diaper soon! My daughter once ate some Blue's Clues snacks and her diaper the next day was quite a surprise...
