Day 3: Shred

Today I sat on the couch and ate several brownies.

That is all.

The Shred 30 day workout is on hold until tomorrow--possibly Monday. Now that I've broken stride, I have to start all over again and we all know that you can't start over again on a non-Monday.

I'm going to have to think about it tomorrow.

So true about starting over on a non-Monday...I was also trying to eat "better" but my girls and I baked cupcakes and cake to celebrate my neices birthday...(my niece lives 350 miles away so who am I kidding...I suggested it cuz I wanted some frosting:-) Anyway, I figured one thing at a time..get the exercise down this week, then try to eat "better" next week. Really enjoy reading your blog!!

You know it's actually better if you don't do it every single day right? Just jump right back in today. The day off just let your muscles have a chance to rest. No biggie. :)

Just be ready come Monday. And kick it. Because you KNOW you can. You can do it. Just jump in there and do it.

Why do you have to start all over again? Why not just pick up where you left off?

If you ate the brownies while THINKING of The Shred, they are not fattening. Read that on the internet so it must be true. :)

I have been considering doing some form of excersice and watching what I eat, but just the idea of easing up on my booze, well, stops that idea DEAD in it's tracks...OMG, the situation si SERIOUS!

I am starting the Shred on Monday...I've been working out with the WiiActive to get myself ready...NOT that I think it won't hurt, but I'm hoping it won't hurt as much...

I plan to do two days on, one day off...if you would care to partner up!

You sort of have to take a day off from it every now and then. Or your body parts will start falling off. They'll be shapelier, less fat body parts, but they'll still fall off.

I'm with ya. I did the Shred on Mon... couldn't walk Tues or Wed... So I decided to make choc chip cookies for my friend who just had a baby... and I even gave her about 1/2 of the double batch I made. ;)

It's against God's law to pass up a plate of brownies. It ain't natural! So girl... your doin' fine.
