Done and Done-r

I am having the kind of day that makes me SERIOUSLY consider mailing the keys of the house and the condo back to the mortgage company and telling them to go fuck themselves, holding a giant garage sale consisting of everything that I own, packing one suitcase for each of us, loading up the pets, gassing up the truck, and just driving until I'm tired of driving or come up with some sort of plan.

SERIOUSLY.

How bad would that be? Because I'm thinking it wouldn't be all that bad. It would be an adventure.

In the words of Jo Dee Messina, "Heads Carolina, Tails California."

I have had a few days like that recently. If you decide to follow through it would make for some excellent blogging.

Sorry for the bad day. So many times I have wanted to do the same thing.

You could go and stay a week with each of the people in the closet and blog about. Get sponsers. It could be the Always Pantiliner Road Trip.

Even better, do all of that and get TLC to make it into a mini-series. Then when you're done driving around you can collect a big royalty check and buy that dream home of yours. They can call it "Go Ashley, Go" or something stupidly cute like that. Sorry you're having a shitty day. :)

It would only be an adventure until you had to do laundry. Then it would suck.

Have you seen the show "6 For the Road"? It's 4 kids, 2 parents, and an RV. No house to call home. It's my DH's dream life.

Good! I thought it was just me who had those thoughts.

Now that I know Ashley has them too, it makes me feel not so crazy.

Good luck :)

If it makes you feel any better...I look forward to reading your blog EVERYDAY. You just crack me up. Your blog is even more entertaining than Dooce's! No lie! Leta is cute and all, but she pales in comparison to BK and LK...hands down! So, if you decide to run away please take your laptop with you so that you can share your adventure with us!

Could we turn it into the Cruise?

Like cash advancing all you credit cards to the max and hiding out in Mexico on the beach.

No. I have no idea what you are talking about. I never have those daydreams, oops, I mean thoughts.

Whatever happened to your plan to drive all over the country and stay with your readers for a day or two? You wouldn't need the house, and you'd still have a warm place, probably with free food, to stay each night.
