Popcorn Diet Update

I realized that my popcorn diet wasn't very well rounded, so I've decided to supplement it with M&Ms.

Mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm, as little kid would say, except I only eat it when he's sleeping because he'll dump out all of the popcorn and eat the M&Ms before anyone else can. It pisses the whole family off.

The addition of M&Ms was a good move, the chocolate gets all warm and soft and everything is all sweet and salty AND I'm getting calcium, or something I'm sure.

Oh yeah, we do this at the movie theater with theater popcorn and peanut M&Ms. Mmmm Mmmm good. And it makes my chatty 3-year-old shut up and enjoy the movie for a while too!

Wash it down with a beer and I'm pretty sure you have a well balanced meal.

My daughter calls them "Nummy Nums." And if you like popcorn and M&Ms, you should try popcorn and Milk Duds! It's like heaven (if you imagine getting things stuck in your teeth in heaven).

This is the BEST way to eat popcorn!!!!

I used to do it all the time, but then quit for some odd reason. I need to do it again. I totally miss it.

M&M's and pretzel sticks are really good too. They're not all warm and gooey, but 10 seconds in the microwave will fix that.

Your ratio should be 2 M&M's to every 1 pretzel stick. It's awesome and pretzels are fat free... or something. But, it tastes like chocolate covered pretzels... duh.

You need to add some bbq pork rinds into your diet. Not with the popcorn and eminems, but as a meal in itself. Top it off with a Diet Dr. Pepper. Yes Ma'am.

Sign me up for this diet. Sounds like one I could really stick to.

I'm glad you reminded me. I don't drink milk, so I should just go get a bag of M&Ms. Keep up the great nutritional advice. I hope I can buy these in bulk at Costco to save some $$. LOL !
