Life is Too Hard

So the Chore Whore is supposed to come out and tell you all that you should be Terminating Trash today, but Ashley has kind of decided that life is too hard today.

So instead I'm watching some fat lady with bad hair and a gold lame unitard do "glitter hands" on Yo Gabba Gabba. The kids on the show are wearing skin tight gold lame pants that match. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

The laundry couch is flooded (I did get my flip fold and it is AMAZING and INSPIRING, just not on a day that I've decided life is too hard), my sink is not shiny and little kid has left a trail of toys, books, papers and kitchen implements all over the house, lanai and deck. I might be behind on work but I don't even know (or care, honestly).

I did do really well working stuff out yesterday.

I just wish stuff stayed done.

By the way, my neighbor wasn't killing and burying his wife (unfortunately). I hear her out there screaming in Spanish (because screaming is all she does) at her peons. So there goes that hope. Also, she's not THAT old, nor was she a teacher. She's a CPA in her fifties. I have no idea why I have to call her Mrs.

I have lots and lots and lots to say. I've got like 5 posts backlogged in my brain. So maybe I'll accomplish that today.

Maybe I'll set a timer and do 15 minutes worth of something productive and then reward myself with more couch time.

Later though.

(by the way, that is a gold, lame-like the fabric unitard, not lame-as in queer...same difference though)

It was super hard to get past the huge glasses and blue eyeshadow to even see the outfit....

Yo Gabba Gabba rocks-it makes me feel like all is right with the world when I see a psychedlic kids' show.

Life is hard. I am at a 5 star hotel and I have to wait 25 minutes for room service.

You know that whole "Fly Lady" thing is like a gateway experience to mom hair and jeans-be careful and take it easy my sister!

LOL at the Lame' comment.

I think my Wednesdays need to be the trashing it out day (or whatever it's called) seeing that garbage day is today and we get the stuff out to the curb Wednesday night. So in reality, I am way ahead for today since I went through all the junk mail and put it in recycling, cleaned out all the paperwork crap that was lying around, etc.

Maybe tonight I'll go through some of my and DH's clothes and get another bag for goodwill. But cleaning out my car *should* be a priority but who am I kidding??

Sorry you're having a bad day, Ashley. :o(

LMAO! I almost blogged about the glitter hands, too... I had actually seen that one before. That show is frightening. Truly.
We are also having the same kind of great day.

Love that.

This is the problem with NLP:RD, I don't FEEL like doing trash today.... I FEEL like eating EL Fudge cookies and watching tv.

Glad you're with me on that.

OK so about the shit-head-next-door-bitch-lady; Either just down right REFUSE to call her Mrs. (whatever the hell her name is), mess up her last name, or throw in a bad word that kind-of sounds like here name like Mrs. dickinsideher, all while smiling! If that doesn't work the next time she calls you Allison respond, "Mrs. Ashley."
Stupid Bitch
PS-Is it obvious I'm riding the pink pony?

Yeah. TTT is not working out so hot for me. Though I suspect the cleaning lady terminated trash on my behalf today.

I guess I'll just give up and move onto the Thirsty Thursday aspect. On the bright side, a 50% success rate isn't bad!

LIFE is TOO HARD and I'm tired of it. I just want one weekend with an IV drip of demerol. Just one weekend with nothing wrong with me.... just lolling up in the bed in a clean and quiet house.... and maybe some pork rinds and a diet dr. pepper if I can muster the strength to choke it down.

I'm tired of it being hard.

I had to Google "Flip Fold". Isn't it just faster to fold them? I know my husband is just going to rip through his entire drawer of 100 shirts looking for "the one" anyway, so all my work is undone in about 20 second.

Hm... yes... I just wish stuff would stay done, too, now that you mention it. Things stayed done when I was single and didn't have kids.

and I was so good today with trash thursday. More clothes out of the attic and son's closet gone thru and after that I have a big basket of shit to take to the consignment store and make ME some money!
