2 Things for Today

1. Clearing the laundry couch
(where am I going to put all of that laundry?)

2. Clearing the part of the center island I can see from the couch.
(because that's really the only part that matters)

Bonus points for figuring something out for dinner. No pressure on that one though.

Good for you. And an excellent Miley Cyrus post, yesterday. Also, good for you.

You go, Ashley. I have done multiple loads of laundry... In this case, I definitely think it should count as more than one thing. I'm talking like 10. Folded them and am now working on putting them away. (Yes, I was that far behind...) And, I cleaned the laundry room! Go, me! It was scary as hell in there. Nothing like a repairman coming over to make you clean those places that are rarely seen by others...

Putting away laundry sounds good. I've had a load of baby clothes on my piano since Saturday that really need me to put them away. You know, before my husband does it and I have no idea where to find things.
And since I've already gotten dressed today (no make-up, but the clothes are on), I'll have accomplished my two things once I'm done. Yay!

Completely off topic, but I wrote about something on my blog today that I would like your input on. My 20 month old daughter is obsessed with putting the dog's and cat's food into their water dishes. Have you ever had this problem with lk? What should I do about the little sneak? Any advise would be appreciated.

It's been a long day...I think I'm going to drink 2 glasses of wine.

Cool?

Besides tomorrow is Wednesday. Isn't there something we are suppose to do on Wednesday?

For tomorrow, you need to work on posting. You are way down this month from this years 3 previous months. I'm a little disappointed in you. :(

I like this "2 things a day" thing. I think I can actually do it! You sound just like me Ashley, when it comes to getting overwhelmed by all the things to do. I just shut down and don't get anything done. Like, today, I'm really starting to feel the stress of a baby shower I'm hosting on Sunday. Why don't I just tackle a few tasks? Just seems too daunting.

Maybe a glass of wine would help. I think I'll try that right now.

Love the "2 things a day" thing--gotta try that---would love to get past my standard; 1) get out of bed 2) take care of baby cranky-pants
