Ha! That is exactly what I said to my husband this morning.
So you're not a fan of the NRA, and think it's OK to make jokes at the expense of a man who recently died? Maybe if the rest of us felt the same way about the first amendment as you apparently do about the second, you'd have to get a license to speak freely--and you'd have to prove you were worthy to speak your mind, and prove beforehand that whatever you wanted to say was decent and acceptable... or maybe your government would just cut your tongue out so you couldn't speak at all... I mean, how are we to know what you might say... it could be dangerous or distasteful... better safe than sorry. Isn't that the stupid anti-gun rationale?
My thoughts when I saw that were "I thought he died ages ago."
LOL - I am an NRA fan, but that's just funny!!!!!
That was my first thought, too!
Wow, I don't know if I should call that crass or hysterical. We'll just call it crass-terical!
gosh, i thought i was special and unique! i had the exact same thought. i guess he kinda set us up for it though.
The only thing that would've made hearing about his death a little better, would've been hearing that he was shot to death. Yes, I said it!
Oh. My. Fucking. God. That was spectacular. Thanks for that!
