Okay

I lied about loving Republicans.

I'm sorry.

I've tried and I hold out hope for each and every one of you. There are MANY of you that I love as individuals, but as a group...I can't say you're on the Ashley Loves list. I'll admit it.

Call it Political Profiling.

I apologize and I've tried to change. I even tried to include you on the list but someone caught my lie. I hope you can continue to love me, despite this.

I mean come on...Ann Coulter? Rush Limbaugh??

I won't even start listing politicians, we'd be here all day.

So you all caught me. There is a true political incorrectness for everyone to get riled up about. I'm prejudiced against Republicans, but only as a group.

Awwww man, here I was feeling the love and now it's gone. What a tease.....

Really, I try to stay away from religion and politics on the blog front. I'm not up for debates. I'm too lazy. Plus it's not how I pick my friends; blog or real life. That would be boring. So I guess it's ok you don't like Republicans "as a group"....... some individuals are ok, right?

I'll keep reading. To quote George Costanza "I can't stop now!"

Whatever happened to your updated blogroll???

That's okay, Ashley. I don't like Democrats as a group, but there are a few (who I am related to) that I put up with. And I still love you.

Really, as individuals I *do* love you.

and it's okay for you to hate democrats (I'm very tolerant of people being wrong.)

Smooches for you crazy Republican hooches, seriously.

You agree about Annhole though, right?

oh and the updated blogroll is on "the list". I even transferred it to Word, so it's halfway here.

Three month turnaround, don't forget it.

Yes, I can agree with you about Annhole. I'll give you that one.

My husband is a Republican. I love him as an individual. Even he isn't really a fan of W. I think that's what makes it better. Though his parents get the Limbaugh Letter and give him the copies when they're done. I secretly throw them away when he's not paying attention. Barf.

We're not allowed to tell my grandmother that he's Republican...he'd probably get disinvited to Christmas!

I saw a cute bumper sticker not too long ago - it said:

Vote Democrat - because who ever heard of a good piece of elephant?

Love!

You kick so much ass, I can't even believe it. I love this blog.

Please don't group Ann Coulter in with the rest of us! Ugh!!!

I feel the same way about my husband, the Democrat. We've learned a lot from each other (I admit I've probably learned more from him than he has from me) over the years and now I would say we're both centerists.

Ann Coulter? Rush Limbaugh? They are embarassments, indeed, but not to the Republican party as much as the nation as a whole.

Right there with you, Ashley! I try to feel benevolent toward Republicans (the group, plenty of Rep. friends), but at some point I usually realize I'm faking it.

Me too. Sorry, I don't love them as a group either. Esp. the ones who still think W is a good president--I don't get fanatics who refuse to see plain reality. On a case-by-case basis, many of the rest are really cool.

I have to admit I did vote for Bush; Can you ever forgive me? But I also voted for Clinton, he was the first president I got to vote for.

The group as a whole-Not so much. But there are a few good apples in the bunch. Not sure who I will vote for, my guy dropped out and non of the others really make me want to vote for them.

My dad is a Huge Democrat and is appauled that I voted for Bush.

Thanks for the correction Ashley :)

Love you!

ps: people should not admit outloud that they voted for W. It's like admitting you pick your nose.

heehee, you would so hate me in real life.

1) Ann Coulter and Rush are not Republicans. They are entertainers. They both suck.

2) I know you love me. So I knew you threw Republicans into the previous post because of me. And you can't take it back!

Ann Coulter is scary. I don't think she really believes half the shit she says and just does it because it makes her money.

My DH is a die hard Republican and I try not to discuss politics with him but I fail most of the time. My Grandmother is a die hard Democrat and she bought E a calendar counting down the days until Bush is out of office. They have a love/hate relationship...

Hey! Sometimes...depending on the amount of alcohol I've consumed... I agree with Democrats. Seriously.
